As a spectator, you can not only experience the final up close, but also cast your vote for your favorites in the three categories! Take the opportunity to actively shape the future of the pharmacy and healthcare industry.
The winners of the various categories will receive prize money of €2,000 each!
The subsequent free networking event from 6 p.m. offers a perfect opportunity to exchange ideas with the candidates, the jury, the expert audience and potential investors. Round off the first day of the fair in a relaxed atmosphere with drinks and snacks and expand your network.

Category 1 From pharmacies for pharmacies: New innovative processes
Present your creative ideas for the pharmacy of tomorrow from the perspective of your pharmacy team on the big stage. Show how you are already implementing innovative processes today to increase the efficiency of your pharmacy, such as process optimization for pharmaceutical services or the handling of documents for patient processing. Present your know-how to your colleagues and support them in solving current challenges in pharmacy-related processes.
Conditions of participation category 1
- Submission has a direct impact on the pharmacy's processes
- Submitter works in a pharmacy
- Submission is already being carried out in this way in at least one pharmacy
Prize for category 1 winner
- Award
- Prize money in the amount of € 2,000
- 3 tickets for the expopharm Night on Thursday, October 11, 2024
- Season tickets for the pharmacy team expopharm 2025 (max. 10 tickets)
Category 2 For the pharmacy: New innovative services & products
Present your pioneering products and services for process optimization in the pharmacy. Present your innovative offerings for designing smooth processes in day-to-day pharmacy operations and demonstrate their direct added value for the pharmacy market of tomorrow.
Conditions of participation category 2
- Company, products or projects are not older than 5 years,
- Has fewer than 50 employees,
- Has an annual balance sheet total or annual turnover of no more than EUR 10 million.
Prize for category 2 winner
- Award
- Free trade fair participation at expopharm 2025 in Düsseldorf in the Newcomer Area
- Prize money in the amount of € 2,000
Category 3 For the patient: New innovative services & products
Present your innovative products and services with a focus on patients in the pharmacy. Present your innovative developments to increase the quality of patient care and thus maintain the competitiveness of pharmacies.
Conditions of participation category 3
- Company, products or projects are not older than 5 years,
- Has fewer than 50 employees,
- Has an annual balance sheet total or annual turnover of no more than EUR 10 million.
