The German Pharmacists' Day will take place from 27th to 29th September 2023 in the Stadthalle Düsseldorf.

You can view and book the prices for the different ticket types in the menu item "Ticketshop".

You will find the payment methods advance payment, PayPal and credit card in the ticket shop. It is not possible to pay for the order in the ticket shop on site in Düsseldorf.

At the German Pharmacists' Conference, the pharmacy community sets the political course for the industry of tomorrow. The opening ceremony will kick off the four days of the trade fair. A highlight for all exhibitors and visitors is the expopharm Night on Thursday evening.

Your booking will not be automatically transferred to expopharm 2023. Exhibitors can start registering in July 2022 to take part in the next expopharm, which will be held in Düsseldorf from 27th to 30th September 2023.

For services which are arranged between third parties, only the terms agreed between the respective contracting parties shall apply. Avoxa Mediengruppe will not reimburse these costs.

Once you have received notification of admission, you are obliged to pay the participation fee in full.

Set-up:

Friday, 22.09.2023 from 08:00 h, continuously until Tuesday, 26.09.2023, 18:00 h.
The constructive set-up must be completed by 16:00 on 26.09.2023.
Decorative construction must be completed by 6:00 p.m. on 09/26/2023.
Aisles must be completely clear at this time.

Dismantling:

Saturday, 09/30/2023 beginning at 6:00 p.m., continuous until Monday, 10/02/2023 at 6:00 p.m.

The maximum permissible superstructure height is set at 6 m, insofar as this is permitted by the height of the hall ceiling and any fixed installations that may be present.

Acoustic advertising media are permitted provided that they do not disturb neighbors and, in addition, do not exceed the volume of 70 decibels at the stand boundary. 

The exhibitor is responsible for obtaining permission for musical renditions of all kinds from GEMA for a fee.

There are currently more companies appearing that are sending letters in the name of trade fair organizers in order to generate funds in a fraudulent manner.

In this context, we would like to draw your attention to the fact that the company "Commercial Online Manuals S de RL de CV," Mexico, is currently contacting trade fair exhibitors again, requesting that their data be updated in trade fair and exhibitor directories (EXPO GUIDE). This is often done without any business relationship to Avoxa. The small print is easily overlooked: The exhibitor commits to paying €1,181 per year to this company for three years.

You will receive the voucher codes for your free exhibitor passes by e-mail on 03.05.2023. For stand areas of up to 20 m², 3 exhibitor passes are included in the stand and one additional exhibitor pass for each additional 10 m² or part thereof are included in the stand space costs. You can redeem these codes in the ticket shop at www.expopharm.de.

Please ensure that your stand personnel have exhibitor passes. Exhibitor passes are personalised and non-transferable
