Call for Papers Help shape the stage program of expopharm 2026!

You are an expert in the pharmacy and healthcare market and would like to actively help shape its future? Then share your expertise with the industry. We are looking for presentations on the topics of the pharmacy of the future, pharmacy practice, and entrepreneurship in the pharmacy.

The Call for Papers is open to anyone who wishes to share their experiences and innovations with the pharmacy and healthcare market. Companies or individuals/self-employed persons who wish to book a presentation slot in the interest of a company may contact aussteller@expopharm.de or +49 6196928410 directly.
For the evaluation of the presentations, we recommend submitting as much information as possible via the submission form. This includes:
  • Title of the presentation
  • Abstract
  • Information about the speaker, such as name, company, position, etc.
Please note that the content of the presentation should provide added value for the audience. Marketing presentations are explicitly NOT desired!

Submissions possible until: March 31, 2026

Selection of presentations by a panel of experts by: May / June 2026

Notification with onboarding information to selected submitters by: July 2026

Further necessary detailed coordination until: August 28, 2026

Participation in the Call for Papers is completely free of charge. If your submission is selected, travel expenses of up to 400.00 euros will be covered (including: arrival, departure, accommodation).

Since participation is entirely voluntary, no honorarium will be paid for the presentation. Of course, travel expenses for your presentation will be covered (see the section: “Will I incur any costs? / Travel expense coverage?”).
